CE Provider Policies

Cancellation and refund policy
- 14 or more days before a live course: full refund minus a $20 administrative fee.
- 3 to 13 days before: 50% refund.
- Under 72 hours or no-show: no refund.
- If we cancel, you choose a full refund or a free transfer.
ADA accommodation policy
We provide reasonable accommodations for learners with disabilities in every course format. Request one as early as possible, ideally 7 days before the course. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis.

Course content is planned free from commercial influence. Everyone who shapes content discloses relevant financial relationships, and any conflicts are mitigated before the course. Courses do not promote products.

- Complete the online form with your name, contact information, and license number(s).
- Submit payment.
- Watch for a confirmation email with course details and access instructions.
- Attend, complete the evaluation, and receive your certificate, typically within 5 to 7 business days.
